Focus
We define drug related problems to the different issues associated with the demand and the supply of drugs, with the social and criminal control policies and their repercussion in social, cultural and personal life. In this sense, Intercambios also deals with HIV/AIDS associated with drug use.
Intercambios believes that stigmatization and discrimination against drug users and drug use often leads to violations of human rights. We therefore work within the ethics of human rights, social engagement, and scientific rigor.
