Between March 2007 and July 2008, “Beyond 2008″ was developed, a project of Vienna NGO Committee on Drugs (VNGOC), in which the objective was to collect information on experiences and ideas of NGOs worldwide as a contribution to the revision of the progress of the goals set by the Special Session of the General Assembly of the United Nations on Drugs 1998 (UNGASS).
Intercambios, together with Youth Integration Centers of Mexico and RISE Life Management Services of Jamaica, was the key regional organization that conducted the consultation in Latin America and the Caribbean.
